SEO executive Full-time Job

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website's performance on search engines, improving its ranking, and ensuring its visibility to the right audience. The SEO Executive will work closely with the marketing team to drive organic traffic and improve the overall online presence of the company.

Key Responsibilities: On-page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking. Off-page Optimization: Execute off-page SEO tasks such as link building, content outreach, and guest blogging. Keyword Research: Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant search terms to optimize website content. Content Optimization: Work with content creators to ensure that all website content is optimized for search engines. Technical SEO: Assist with website audits, fix technical SEO issues (like broken links, site speed, mobile optimization), and work with the development team to implement fixes. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to monitor traffic, rankings, and website performance. Prepare regular SEO reports and provide recommendations. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to outperform them. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the website is always optimized according to the latest industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (PPC, social media, content, etc.) to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with eCommerce SEO and/or local SEO. Experience with content management systems (CMS). Knowledge of paid media strategies and how they integrate with SEO efforts.
