Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution:
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for the companys IT services and solutions. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for growth within assigned regions or verticals. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions that align with their business objectives. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction. Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement. Continuously update knowledge of the companys products and services to offer relevant solutions to clients. Proposal and Contract Management:
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client requirements. Lead the negotiation and closing process for contracts and agreements. Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with internal teams such as technical architects, project managers, and marketing to deliver customer solutions. Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase the company's presence in the market. Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and effectively prioritize. Desired Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field. Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the IT industry. Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.
