Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects in the software development field. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or software development industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
